Hi, I’m Chris.

I’m a qualified personal trainer and have been in the fitness industry for over six years now. I come from a volunteer background, working as a rural fire fighter in Upper Hutt and now volunteering for the Wellington emergency response team.

I love what I do - helping people to achieve an active, happy and healthy lifestyle. Gym environments can be confusing and intimidating for some and as a mobile personal trainer, I can offer my services in almost any location. I create personalised functional work outs that will get you moving and feeling better physically and mentally for years to come.

Whether your aim is to look and feel better, lose weight, get stronger or train for a sport, I can help you achieve your goals.

WHAT

I provide 1 on 1 coaching and training through work outs, exercise programmes and nutrition advice. I also offer group training on location and/or in workplaces. I can help you to strengthen, tone, reduce fat and build muscle. I also focus on improving balance and posture to help you live a better life day to day.

Anywhere! Homes, offices, parks, beaches. The beauty of being mobile is that there isn’t a limit to where we can train. From 1 on 1 coaching in your home and training groups at workplaces or parks. Let me know what you’re after and in what environment and we can make it happen.
