Do you need a highly experienced and qualified coach that you trust to do the thinking for you – so you can just focus on “doing the work”? I’ll provide a movement and posture assessment and you will receive an individualised plan towards achieving your goals. We'll refine this together, creating an optimal and enjoyable exercise program for you to follow. Personalised training sessions are 50-60 minutes long and focus on high quality, fun and safe work outs. I also provide on-going support and assistance via email / text / phone. group training
Prices from $60 per session
Fun and high energy group work outs geared to get you motivated. I’ll keep a focus on form and technique for both your safety and results. Training sessions are 45 minutes and focus on effective weight and resistance training (strength training), high intensity interval training (cardiovascular training) and mobility. Training in groups can help with accountability and make exercise more approachable by working out with friends, family, work colleagues etc.
Nutrition advice
Training and nutrition go hand in hand when it comes to getting great results. I can offer advice about calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates and explain healthy eating behaviours. I will provide you with basic principles for good nutrition to improve your eating habits which will improve your training results and in turn, your overall health.
